Hyperion delivers smallsat components engineered for performance

Delft, The Netherlands – August 6, 2020 – Hyperion Technologies B.V. announced that they have joined the Orbital Transports partner network in making their smallsat platforms and components available through the Space Catalog. Their smallsat components listed in the catalog are available for platforms ranging from 6U up to 36U. Their complete nanosatellite platforms up to 12U are build-ready for all Hyperion bus components such as iADCS, propulsion, and data processing components.

“We’re partnering with Orbital Transports to access a broader market with our smallsat products and services,” said Bert Monna, CEO of Hyperion Technologies. “We anticipate that offering our smallsat platforms and components through the Space Catalog will allow U.S. customers to have better access to our products.”

“Having Hyperion in the Space Catalog is exciting,” stated David Hurst, CEO of Orbital Transports. “We look forward to incorporating their 12U, 24U, and 36U nanosatellite products into customer missions requiring a larger platform. The Hyperion platforms and components really expand the range of smallsat mission possibilities available through the Catalog.”

Hyperion’s products are currently available through the Space Catalog, Orbital Transports’ digital portal for the smallsat industry showcasing some of the industry’s most innovative and reliable companies. As your one-stop shop for nanosatellite and small satellite missions, the catalog features CubeSat and smallsat buses, COTS hardware components, ground station services and mission operations software, orbital transfer services, hosted payloads, satellite servicing and refueling technologies.
